Processing Times:

Orders will typically be processed within 5-10 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, product launches or promotional periods.

We are a business focused on handmade clothing, so patience is needed as we craft our products with care. 

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details

Shipping Times:

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout

Estimated shipping times:

  • Canada: 5-12 business days
  • United States: 7-15 business days
  • International: 10-25 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed. 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. 

Pre-orders and Made-to-Order Items:

Certain products may be offered as pre-ordered or made-to-order. These items require additional production time before shipment. Estimated production timelines will be stated on the product page where applicable. If no timeline is listed, please allow 2-6 weeks for production before shipment. If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order or made-to-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready, unless otherwise specified.

Please note that production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on demand, materials and operational factors. Pre-orders and made-to-order purchases may be subject to different cancellation or return conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. 

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email if tracking is available for your selected shipping method

Delays:

CHENI is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions or other factors outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. CHENI is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

CHENI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
